Project Execution

Honeycombing Treatment:
  • Remove loose concrete using hacking hammer.
  • Clean surface thoroughly.
  • Apply bond coat using Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP mixed with cement (1:1.5 ratio).
  • While tacky, repair honeycombing using polymer modified mortar (URP + cement + sand in 1:5:15 ratio).
Waterproofing Application (Dr. Fixit Fastflex 2K):
  • Apply in two coats.
  • Pre-wet surface and bring to touch dry condition.
  • Apply first coat using nylon brush and fill all undulations.
  • Apply second coat perpendicular to first.
  • Before drying, spread fine sand over the surface.
