Project Execution

Honeycombing Treatment:

Remove loose concrete using hacking hammer.
Clean surface thoroughly.
Apply bond coat using Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP mixed with cement (1:1.5 ratio).
While tacky, repair honeycombing using polymer modified mortar (URP + cement + sand in 1:5:15 ratio).

Waterproofing Application (Dr. Fixit Fastflex 2K):

Apply in two coats.
Pre-wet surface and bring to touch dry condition.
Apply first coat using nylon brush and fill all undulations.
Apply second coat perpendicular to first.
Before drying, spread fine sand over the surface.
