With a diploma in Civil Engineering, Mr. Faizur Hussain laid the groundwork for the company with a clear vision — to provide effective, durable, and technically sound waterproofing solutions. At a time when the industry lacked structured practices, his deep understanding of construction and commitment to quality helped establish International Waterproofing as a dependable and trustworthy service provider. His hands-on approach, attention to detail, and strong work ethic became the guiding principles of the organization.

In 2010, the second generation of leadership, Mr. Mohammed Jakir Hussain (B.E. Chemical Engineering), took over the business following his father's retirement. Backed by a solid technical background and over 14 years of hands-on industry experience, he has independently led and expanded the company, strengthening its reputation as a professional and forward-thinking waterproofing service provider.
